Getting Started

AI Agent Builder is a no-code/low-code platform that enables anyone to create, deploy, and manage AI-powered agents. These agents can perform tasks like answering questions, automating workflows, integrating with APIs, and even acting as virtual assistants.

No. While developers can take advantage of advanced customization features, the platform is designed to be accessible to non-technical users. You can create AI agents using simple forms, configuration panels, and drag-and-drop logic blocks.

After signing in, click "Create Agent" in your dashboard. You'll be guided through naming your agent, choosing its base personality (e.g., helpful assistant, researcher, customer support rep), and defining its inputs, outputs, and memory scope. Finish by deploying it to preview.

After creating or editing an agent, click "Test Agent" to open an interactive chat interface. This lets you simulate real-world interactions with your agent before you publish it.

Yes. On the agent dashboard, click the three-dot menu next to your agent and choose "Duplicate." This will create a new version with all the same configurations and logic.

Yes. You can create AI agents that assist with property search, answer buyer questions, summarize listings, or guide leads through intake forms—all powered by your own data and preferences.

Advanced Configuration

In the agent configuration panel, toggle on "Memory." You can choose between short-term (session-based) and long-term memory. Long-term memory allows agents to remember facts and prior conversations, while session-based memory resets each time.

Yes. Use the "Personality" settings to define tone (friendly, formal, witty, etc.) and give your agent specific behavior traits. You can also inject system prompts to shape its style and responses.

Yes. Use the “Guardrails” section to define forbidden topics, safe language filters, or rules for specific keywords. You can also apply regular expressions to catch sensitive input/output patterns.

You can set a default language and allow multilingual support in the agent settings. If enabled, the AI will detect language from user input and respond accordingly using dynamic translation.

Yes. Upload PDFs, text files, or connect data sources like Notion, Google Docs, or Airtable. These will become part of the knowledge base the AI can use during conversations.

Troubleshooting

Ensure your agent is deployed and that its logic isn’t blocked by a missing API key or invalid configuration. Check logs in the "Debug" tab to view runtime errors or token limits. Still stuck? Email [email protected].

Try adjusting the system prompt, personality tone, or narrowing the knowledge base. You can also define fallback messages and create stricter guardrails to reduce hallucination.

Ensure the files are successfully parsed and connected to your agent's knowledge graph. Revisit the “Knowledge Base” tab and test with known queries. If issues persist, contact [email protected].

Double-check the endpoint URL, request headers, and whether you’ve added a valid API key. Use the built-in “Test Action” tool to debug the call. Also ensure your server allows CORS if using client-side fetches.

Make sure you’ve enabled memory in your agent settings. If you’re using session-only memory, the agent will reset with each new session. For persistent memory, use the long-term option.

Privacy & Security

Yes. We do not share or sell your data. Uploaded files and agent conversations are encrypted and stored securely. For compliance-related questions, contact [email protected].

No. Your data is used only within the scope of your account and agents. We do not use your content to train or fine-tune our base models.

Yes. You can delete agents, documents, and your entire account from the dashboard. Once deleted, the data is permanently removed from our systems within 7 days.

Yes. You can enable authentication, restrict access to specific IPs, or use token-based access control. Enterprise plans also support SSO (Single Sign-On).

Yes. We are GDPR and CCPA compliant. Users can request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time by emailing [email protected].

By default, agents use OpenAI’s GPT-4 Turbo. You can optionally select GPT-3.5 for lighter use. We are working to support Anthropic and open-source LLMs in the near future.
